There are quite a few screws on this scanner, with different lengths not always standard length. A good way to cut screws is this way.

- Insert nut within planned length.

- Saw off the screw with a fine-toothed saw.

- Unscrew the nut and clean the threads at the same time, if necessary filing to the end of the screw
