Super 8 / Regular 8 film scanner
This is the control board for T-Scann 8.
Arduino Nano is the scanner's control receives signals from it and controls the 3 stepper motors.
Arduino takes control signal from Raspberrry Pi (user interface) via I2C communication, start scan etc.when it's time to take 1 picture, Arduino sends back I2C commands to the Raspberry PI.
The reason it's split on Arduino and Raspberry Pi, is besides that I'm better on Arduino programming. Raspberry PI has no Analog input for the Phototransistor that detects film perforation and has poorer control of LEDs etc. Of course you can do everything with Raspberry Pi but extra cards are required.

NOTE - on controller card remove resistor R7, and jumper over it with a cable, otherwise the UV led gets too little current
