The easiest way is to order from, for example, https://cart.jlcpcb.com
You can etch yourself or use a cnc router, have used the CNC method myself.
Have done my best to review any errors. This circuit's short design is slightly modified.

It has been shown that the holes for the stepper motor circuits (3 pcs) are a bit too small, it is only to drill up 0.9 or 1 mm
