Apply double-sided tape to the wheels, then the back of electrical tape preferably of low quality so the film does not stick. Postit tape probably works well too.

 

If you do not use tape according to the above, apply only electrical tape and it will be a nice and soft surface.

 

These wheels also act as film guides.
